Technical data: on every visit our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Answering your enquiry and preparing a booking — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Security and running the site — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Accounting and tax duties for confirmed bookings — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it.

Web3Forms — delivers form messages to our mailbox.
Cloudflare — hosts the site and, if enabled, provides anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
Google Maps — the map only loads if you click “Show map”. Google may then process your data under its own policy.
weatherwidget.io — the forecast on the “Weather in Pamporovo” page is loaded from this provider.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The third-party services above (map, weather forecast) may set their own cookies only when you load them.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer you and handle your booking, and data about completed bookings for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
