Prices are in euro and include VAT.

Terms

Prices include breakfast, insurance, tourist tax, 9% VAT, parking, internet and storage of your own ski equipment in the hotel's ski room.
Prices are per unit: the studio sleeps two; the one-bedroom apartment sleeps two adults and two children up to 12, or three adults (bedroom plus living room with a sofa bed); the two-bedroom apartment sleeps four adults.
Check-in from 14:00. Booked units are held until 17:00 — please let us know in advance if you arrive later.
Check-out by 12:00. Late use until 17:00 is charged at 50%; after 17:00 it counts as another night.
Bookings for 25.12.2026 – 03.01.2027 require 100% prepayment.
Early booking reservations are guaranteed once a 50% deposit is paid by bank transfer within 7 working days of confirmation.
The hotel may ask for proof of children's ages; if ages differ, the price is recalculated.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to cancel bookings that are not paid on time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 14 calendar days before arrival — free; the deposit is refunded within 14 days.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival — the deposit is not refunded.
No refunds for early departure or a shortened stay.
Last-minute changes to early booking reservations are not possible.
