COVID-19 safety measures

The safety of our guests is our top priority. During the pandemic our team introduced additional prevention and control measures across the hotel, in line with health authority guidance.

Rules for guests

• Hand sanitising when entering common areas, lifts and the restaurant, at the marked points.
• Distance of 1.5 m from other guests and staff.
• Reception — please respect the limits on the number of guests at check-in and check-out.
• Restaurant — please follow the signs and use the marked entrances and exits.
• Lift — up to four people at a time.

Additional hygiene measures

• Temperature checks at the hotel entrance.
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of apartments and contact surfaces.
• Regular disinfection of common areas and the ventilation system, with filter changes.
• Sanitiser dispensers at entrances, the restaurant, the lift and public toilets.
• Floor distance markings and protective screens at reception.
• Protective equipment for staff; masks, gloves and sanitiser for guests on request.
• Rooms prepared for possible quarantine, and health authority phone numbers clearly displayed.
